In the latest Eximee release, we have introduced a new feature – a PDF File Reader in Customer Applications, which not only enhances the user experience, but also improves security.
Applications in Eximee are accessible to customers through various channels, including desktop, mobile browser and mobile app versions. In all of these channels, customers have the ability to digitally sign contracts, which requires that the content be reviewed in advance. Agreements are delivered in PDF format, which can be read and downloaded to the device.
Previously, there were issues in the mobile application where clicking on a link required leaving the application, and the users were notified that they were leaving the “Bank’s secure application”. The PDF reader now allows users to view documents without leaving the app.
